With the promoting of the new curriculum reform in period compulsory education language, great changes have taken place in methods of teaching and evaluation of teaching language in deaf school. But the actual teaching situation is that teachers tend to treat it as tools, focusing on its practicality in accordance with the needs of the utilitarian. Serious deviation can always be found because of different value orientation of the discrepancies. When teaching language in deaf school, teachers tend to teach language with the help of the reference books, thus the students lose the chance to understand language in their own ways. Lively Chinese teaching are changed into a specific and the standards of objective knowledge, which is just recited by students word by word, blocking the exchange of ideas, feelings and integration between teachers and the deaf students, so that the deaf students lose the space to have a dialogue with what they learn. In order to change the status of Chinese teaching, free the students from the utilitarian, enable students to learn happily and enjoy the freedom to develop by Chinese teaching innovation. Only in this way can the Chinese teachers in the deaf school change their traditional teaching concept and teaching methods, the deaf students change their studying methods, education administrators of the deaf schools change Chinese teaching evaluation of deaf schools and only in this way can the deaf students get a comprehensive development.
