Master xun is a philosopher and educationist of materialism and a comprehensive person of confucianism in the pre-qin period, whose ideological system is broad and influenced greatly. He got the theory of original evil of human nature from the research of humanity, which is against with the theory of original goodness of human nature from the mainstream of confucian's humanity. The xun's theory of human nature analysed profoundly the essence of human nature, and realised the original desire of human instinct and accepted the weakness of human. He explored the research on the basis of human nature, and adopted simple dialectical materialism to found and solved the problems. We could say that master xun made a great and tough step on the research of human nature. Nowadays many study of his ideology, such as educational ideology, law, ritual theory, have been done on the basis of his theory of human nature.This article gave a comprehensive state of xun's theory of human nature, such as background of politics, economy and culture. It also gave the definitions and contents of xun's human concept and mainly analysis the standpoint of change humanity by man-made on this foundation. This article believe that the proposal of Master Xun's ill-nature ideology mainly emphasis on the importance of acquired-ill and in order to conduct the now today's education. Xun believed that Study is the final solution of reform of human nature. It manifested the xun's features of cognitive theory. The educational theory of master xun closely presented the importance of education and constructed the integreted educational objective and method system. His educational method made a positive conduction on today's education. Studying the ideology of master xun produced the important realistic significance and positive guide on the promoting of confucian cultural, constructing the socialist moral system, and harmonious society. This article will mainly explain and discuss the educational ideology of master xun's theory of human nature from five parts.The Chapter one is introduction, mainly explaining the significance of selection, background, train of thought, method and invention. The chapter two is concerning the background of era, mainly concerning the thought of political, economical, cultural and other philosophers on xun's theory of human nature, explaining the influence of other philosophers' theory of human nature on master xun. The chapter three analyse connotation of master xun's theory of human nature, analysing the basis of ill, the features of thought, contents and other thoughts, forming the understanding and mastering of xun's theory of human nature. The chapter four survey the educational thought and moral educational thoughts from muti-dimension on the basis of theory of human nature. The chapter five explore the modern value of xun's educational thoughts and the enlightenment of contemporary ideological and political education. And at last, giving the briefly summarize and comment of whole article.
