Since the images appear, the ways for human to disseminate and receive information have taken place earthshaking change, from a voice as the main body began to take images as the main changes. The needs of application and demand for video are more and more with the emergence of computers and networks, and it began to play its irreplaceable role in all fields of social life also. In recent years, along with the reform of educational information step by step, video resources began to widely use in the classroom instruction. In 2000, drafted by the Ministry of Education, "Educational Resources technical specifications" that read:educational resources construction is the basis for education information, educational resources construction is imperative. The specification also defines the scope of the construction of educational resources, including:media material, paper, papers, cases and materials, courseware and network courseware documentation, media material of educational resources construction of which is a very important part in the construction of teaching resources.However, there are a lot of problems with the educational video resources in the application of classroom instruction, mainly reflected the gap between the video content and teaching content, or it does not match the physical and psychological characteristics of students, together with the professional level of video designers is not high, leading to video content is not rich and its technical and artistic perfect fusion difficulties. In response to these problems, I select video resources designed for the study of classroom teaching in middle school as research object after demand for video resources in classroom teaching in middle school, and after conducting the investigation, collation and analysis. It offered a different kind of design requirements and basic principles of classroom teaching in middle school video resources with the combination of video resource designed theory.In the papers, the author investigated the status of teaching video resources using and research on video resources on middle school classroom instruction, and then summarized and analyzed the classroom teaching video resources design of basic theory, first, middle school teachers within certain geographical area has been questionnaire, and a summary and analysis of the findings; second, based on the investigation results and the basis of existing theories, under classroom teaching links in the video resources play of role on middle school classroom instruction, video resources have been classification, the author summarized and advanced the different type middle school classroom instruction video resources of design method and principle, and should pay attention to the problem; Finally, a case designed by the author of the proposed middle school classroom instruction video resources, design methods and analysis of test results, and enhance its practicability.This thesis investigation and analysis of teaching practice, then proposes a design method of classroom instruction in middle school video resources based on the middle school classroom for video applications in the present problem, and analysis the actual effect, hoping to provide a reference and help for school teachers in the classroom to better design and use of teaching video resources secondary.
