Along with the rapid development of IT and the arrival of knowledge-based economyage, to have higher information accomplishment becomes the basic request of capableintellectuals in the future society.Senior high schools are faced with unprecedented opportunities as well as challenges atthe end stage of foundation education.How to raise senior high school students' information accomplishments by ITclassroom instruction and construct the classroom instruction pattern becomes an importanttopic of instruction research.This article mainly consists of four parts:The first part, to analyze the conditions and problems in IT course of senior highschools currently.The second part, to explicate the importance and characteristics of IT course insenior high schools combined with the standard of the IT instruction of senior high schools,which includes property, basic principle and target of the course.The third part, to elaborate some theories connected with teaching design ,includingspreading theories, studying theories, teaching theories and some other theories of teachingdesign in the IT course.The fourth part, to carry on the analysis on classroom instruction design case examplesof IT course as a typical model, carrying on primary discuss in IT classroom instructiondesign of senior high schools.To point out, IT course of senior high schools tends to promote students' informationcultivated manners basically. The information technique course not only helps the studentscontrol the basic information technique ability, but also needs to make students capable ofassociating usage of information technique with the cooperation, expanding the outlooks,brave innovation, raising the thinking level and the ability of resolving actual problems andability of life-long study. It also enhances information of rights and duty, ethics and laws ofthe social citizen, to assure the adapting of value and sense of responsibility in modernsociety mutually, which means to provide the necessary assurance in the future. Therefore,we must carry on the reasonable classroom teaching design in the classroom teachingcombined with the course target, contents as well as studying theories, teachingtheories...etc. in view that we can't adopt a certain teaching model blindly and can't maintainthe old teaching model without change that falls behind and lazy in carrying on the teachinginnovation.In the last part of the article, special attention is paid to the classroom teaching design,which belongs to practice research.
