Resiliency is such a personal characteristic that one behaves well under pressure or adverse circumstances. Previous research on kindergarten teachers focusing on kindergarten teachers's stress, job burnout, professional growth, competency, teacher and children and other aspects of interaction. The resilience of the kindergarten teachers did not get involved in the research. This study was designed to kindergarten teachers resilience of the status survey, the analysis of demographic variables and social support, the relationship between sence of self-efficacy studies to understand the level of kindergarten teachers, resilience, resilience in influencing the level of kindergarten teachers factors and social support and sense of self-efficacy relations in this basis, the proposed increase the level of kindergarten teachers resilience measures and suggestions for the promotion of early childhood teachers, mental health, enhance their psychological qualities provide reference.About 237 kindergarten teachers took part in the study.By using the resilience scale of adults,social support rating scale and sense of self-efficacy,we examined the kindergarten teachers's resiliency, social support and sense of self-efficacy.Analysis of resilience, social support and sense of self-efficacy relationship, and compared these three variables in age, marital status, seniority, education, the nature of teaching kindergarten, school size, class size and other demographic Variable differences. The main conclusions are as follows ed: First, kindergarten teachers's resilience in age, marital status, seniority, there was no significant difference in degree, but in the nature of teaching kindergarten, school size, class size, there are significant differences.Second, resilience and social support, and sense of self-efficacy exists between the very significant positive correlation. Social support, resilience and utilization of social support was significantly higher than the correlation and the subjective and objective support to support the degree of correlation.Third, social support and sense of self-efficacy on the resilience are significant predictors. Fourth, the high resilience group of preschool teachers and kindergarten teachers set low resilience in social support, sense of self-efficacy there are significant differences. Social support, subjective support, objective support and utilization of support exists on different levels of significant difference.
