Preschool teachers' social support refers to the material support provided by preschool teachers through interaction with their environment,including family,relatives,friends,colleagues,social or ganizations,etc.Mental support and,as well as individual utilization of such support,support syste ms that promote their professional development.The teaching efficacy of preschool teachers refers to the beliefs and evaluations of the value of preschool teachers in their work in preschools and t he ability to effectively complete education and childcare and achieve education and teaching goals.The career resilience of preschool teacher refers to the ability to adopt various or to overcome diff iculties,relieve pressure,and restore normal working conditions when they encounter stress,frustrat ion,difficulties,or even difficulties in their education and teaching process.A large number of studies have shown that teachers with a good social support network have higher career resilience.The physical and mental development of children aged 3-6 years is still not perfect.The level of physical and mental development determines the particularity of preschool teachers' professions,and it has a higher requirement for career resilience.Concerning the career r esilience of preschool teachers,it is not only able to better carry out education and teaching,but also can promote the spiritual development of preschool teachers.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used.First,we selected 398 teachers from 19 preschools in Nanyang,Xuchang,Zhengzhou,and Kaifeng districts of Henan Province and using the Xiao Shuiyuan Social Support Scale,Preschool Teachers' Teaching Efficacy Scale,and the Prof essional Resilience Scale.These preschool teachers' social support,teaching efficacy and career resi lience were investigated.The results were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 by independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis,and regression analysis.The results showed that:1.Unmarrie d children Teachers' social support,personal teaching efficacy,and career resilience levels were sig nificantly lower than those of married preschool teachers;Urban preschool teachers had significantl y higher levels of support,teaching efficacy,and career resilience than rural preschool teachers;Pub lic preschool teachers and private preschool teachers had no significant differences in social support,teaching efficacy,and career resilience.2.There were significant differences in social support,p ersonal teaching efficacy,and career resilience among preschool teachers of different teaching ages;3.There is a significant correlation among social support,teaching efficacy and career resilience of preschool teachers.4.There is a significant intermediary effect between social support and career r esilience in teaching efficacy of preschool teachers.Secondly,using unstructured individual intervie ws,within the teacher's class,10 minutes of interviews were conducted in the activity room or pr eparation room using lunch breaks,before-hours off-duty,and lesson preparation time.In order to dig into the reasons behind the quantitative data,the interviews contained three aspects: 1.Social support received by preschool teachers;2.Feelings of preschool teachers' sense of teaching efficac y;3.Preschool teachers' perceptions of career resilience.Based on this,this study aims to improve the career resilience of preschool teachers,and fro m the perspective of social support and teaching efficacy,puts forward the following educational s uggestions: 1.The preschool teachers' own level:(1)Through their own strength,establish a good social support system;(2)Constantly learn and reflect,improve professional standards;(3)Find a reasonable way to resolve stress and vent emotions.2.Management of preschools:(1)To create a working atmosphere of solidarity and cooperation;(2)To implement a tutor-assistant system for new teachers;(3)To develop a variety of leisure activities to help teachers to relieve bad feeling s.3.Social aspects:(1)Improve the survival status of preschool teachers in rural areas;(2)Guide the public community to correctly position the preschool teachers' occupations;(3)Establish presc hool teacher assistance agencies(Employee Assistance Program EAP).
