In the context of Chinese, the study is based on entrepreneurial competence in adolescence questionnaire, presented that entrepreneurial competence in high school should be a multi-dimensional structure, and further explored its impact on colleges'entrepreneurial intention.Based on previous studies, the study raised the mediation role of control beliefs.The study develop a conceptual model of entrepreneurial competence in high school, control beliefs and entrepreneurial intention.Review of previous studies, case studies, comparative analysis, questionnaires and statistical analysis, the study reached the following important conclusions.1. Entrepreneurial competence in high school is a five-dimensional structure: creativity, responsibility, interpersonal skills, toughness, leadership.2. The entrepreneurial competence in high school and colleges'control beliefs both have important impact on colleges'entrepreneurial intention.3. Control beliefs has mediation effects between entrepreneurial competence in high school and colleges'entrepreneurial intention.Relationships, toughness, leadership, three factors are fully mediated by controlling the role of control beliefs, and have an impact on the colleges'entrepreneurial intentions; The control beliefs played a partly mediating role between responsibility,creativity and colleges'entrepreneurial intention.In addition, in practice, this study proved that the early entrepreneurial education plays an important role in the process of training and shape of entrepreneurs.It demonstrated entrepreneurial education is the effective way of to improve the entrepreneurship level of the whole social.Besides, It presented views about content structure and methods on the basis of empirical.Meanwhile, research of this paper will provide the tools and guidance on methods for education policy development, human resource development, entrepreneurship education and evaluation.
