Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Policy To Entrepreneurial Intentions Of University Students In Fujian Province

With the rapid development of technology and society in China,the state pays more attention to construction an innovative country and the role of entrepreneurship in economy."the massive entrepreneurship and innovation by all",has gradually become the trend of the times.In this trend,college students have become a new force to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.To protect college students entrepreneurship to be more orderly,Chinese Party Central Committee and governments at all levels has issued a series of support policies for college students entrepreneurship.However,related studies have found that introduction and implementation of policies did not significantly improve college students' entrepreneurial intention,the proportion of college students independent venture is still not high.Therefore,study on the relationship between entrepreneurial policy impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students is particularly important.This paper takes Fujian Province as an example,from the perspective of entrepreneurial intention of college students,and take entrepreneurship policy as the research object.Through combing and summarizing the relevant literature of entrepreneurial policies and entrepreneurial intentions.Based on the analysis and summary of the related literature about entrepreneurial policy and entrepreneurial intention,the entrepreneurial intention is regarded as a dependent variable,and the entrepreneurial policy is divided into five dimensions as independent variables:entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial services,financial support,entrepreneurial training and entrepreneurial culture.Make assumptions to explore the correlation between the dimensions of entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention of College Students.By issuing questionnaires to college students in Fujian,and then collecting,sorting and analysis the date samples.Nest,we performed reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis by using SPSS 22 data analysis software.This paper examines the impact of entrepreneurial policies on entrepreneurial intention of college students,and verifies the relevant theoretical assumptions:First,on the construction of questionnaire scale.Both college students' entrepreneurial policy scale and entrepreneurial intention scale have high reliability and validity,it shows that the questionnaire has good internal consistency and validity.Second,the correlation analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurial policy and entrepreneurial intention.It is,the dimensions of the policy are closely linked with the entrepreneurial intention of College students.Third,the use of regression analysis shows that entrepreneurial training,entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial culture has a positive impact on entrepreneurship.That is,the stronger the entrepreneurial training,service and cultural support,the stronger the entrepreneurial intention.But,entrepreneurial education and financial support have no direct effect on entrepreneurial intention of College students.In this way,based on the experience of the developed countries in the United States,Britain and Germany,and put forward some suggestions to improve the current policy,so as to enhance the college students entrepreneurial intention.The first is to deepen the reform of entrepreneurship education system;the second is to establish a entrepreneurial service guarantee system;third is to optimize the entrepreneurial of financial support policy;the fourth is to improve the entrepreneurship training system;fifth is to strengthen the entrepreneurial policy propaganda.
