Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Intention And Entrepreneurial Competence

Under the background of the new economic market environment in which technological change leads the industry transformation in the 21 st century and the employment difficulties of college students “mass production”,the self-employment has become an important way to utilize the talent resources of colleges and universities.There are also many risks when college students start their business with many advantages.Some researchers have found that college entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial competency level plays an important role in the probability of entrepreneurial success.Therefore,how to improve college students' entrepreneurial competency level has become the focus of academic research.In view of the existing deficiencies in the study of the factors affecting entrepreneurial competence in the perspective of "specialization" or "situationalization ",this paper combines social cognitive theory,experiential learning theory,organizational learning theory,resource-based view and other related theories,based on the entrepreneurial process.This paper builds a comprehensive framework for the formation of entrepreneurial competency based on a comprehensive perspective of entrepreneurial process.In the framework construction,this paper takes the entrepreneurial subjectivity as the starting point,explores the interaction between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial competence,and introduces the entrepreneurial team's cognitive diversity and entrepreneurial failure(number of times/ degree)from the objective situation of entrepreneurs.The two aspects of entrepreneurial team cognition and entrepreneurial experience are discussed separately to regulate the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial competence.Fully examine the influence of entrepreneurial intention on the cognition of entrepreneurial teams,and observe the role of entrepreneurial education in regulating the relationship between the two.This paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to study the college students with entrepreneurial experience in universities in Beijing and Dalian.The number of valid questionnaires is 200,and the least squares method is used for empirical research.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)College students' entrepreneurial intention significantly promotes the formation of entrepreneurial competence.(2)The number of college students' entrepreneurial failures will negatively regulate the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial competency.The college students' failure degree of is also negatively constraining the adjustment between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial competence.(3)The cognition of college students' entrepreneurial team has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial competence.(4)The entrepreneurial intention of college students will positively affect the cognition of the entrepreneurial team.(5)The entrepreneurial education of college students will positively adjust the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial team cognition.
