| Mastering the present situation of China’s Women Volleyball talent’s fitness level andexploring the characteristics which exist in their main body shape and special quality indicatorshas important function in strengthening the efforts of the culture, improving their technical andtactics capacity, maintaining the advantages of the Chinese women’s volleyball team, andpromoting the sustainable development.By means of documentary analysis, data statistics, observation, interview, measurement、test method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, and from the angle of the talent’sdevelopment, the author studies the statistical analysis on the main physique and special fitnessof China’s woman volleyball reserve talent which reflects their fitness level and embodiesspecial athletic ability. And by using comparative analysis, the author finds the characteristicsof age, variation and growth characteristics as well as specifically-bit features of Chinesewomen volleyball talent’s main body shape and special quality indicators, points out theadvantages and inadequate in their talent-selection and training, in order to distinguish andgradually solve the mainly conflicts and secondary conflicts which consist in Chinese womenvolleyball reserve talent’s selection and training, and to improve the quality of reserve talent, soas to further improve the competitive level of China’s women volleyball team,and to achievethe sustainable development, the results are as follows:（1）The current characteristic of China’s women volleyball reserve talent’s main bodyshape indicators are as follows: average height is181.54cm, average weight is70.62kg, averagehand high is233.54cm, average Quetelet is index388.91. According to the recently dynamicdata analysis, We found that the increase in the number of tall athletes, however their weightand Quetelet index in the lower level. The characteristics of main special quality indicators areas follows: special quality indicators showing the current characteristics:30-meter race averagescores are higher than that of2009national youth team, the best results of the rest qualityindicators have reached the level of elite athletes.（2）The cross-section analysis of the age characteristics of women volleyball talent’s mainbody shape and special quality indicates that: in the14-17years group,15and16-years-oldwomen volleyball reserve talents’ body shape and the special quality level are better than thatof others, and there is a considerable potential for development. Because women volleyballtalent’s age is at the end of developmental stages, it basically shows the characteristics of theolder the better. （3）Tracking analysis of the women volleyball talent’s main body shape and specialquality indicates that from2009to2011, their body shape growth comply with the law of theadolescent development, the increase rate of height values decrease with their ages get older,while the width values increase with their ages get older;30-meter race and run-up high touchresults have been significantly improved.（4）The growth characteristics and special quality indicators of Chinese womenvolleyball talent’s body shape are as follows: body shape indicators showing two types of curve,the height indicators are showing “L”–type growth trend, the plumpness indicators are showingwavy growth; main special quality indicators are showing “M”-type growth trend.（5）The special location features of Chinese women volleyball talent’s body shape andspecial quality indicators are as follows: from the angle of high values, blocker is the highest,followed by spiker, wing spiker, assistant setter, setter and libero; from the angle of plumpnessvalues, followed by spiker, assistant setter, setter, libero and blocker. The assistant setter havecomprehensive quality，second is spiker，their strength, mobile and response quality are well,but the blocker and setter quality are in general. |
