At present, in Shandong Province, the main units that supply reserved talents of volleyball are physical education departments in colleges and universities, which is now the trend of the development of reserved volleyball players, but to a certain extent, it affects the supply of professional volleyball players. The structure of the age, education and coaching years of volleyball coaches in Shandong is reasonable.
