| In the process of reading and finishing a lot of literatures,the author gradually cleared the correlational research of generative teaching,and find out the investigative breakthrough,and formed a new angle of view to research generative teaching specially and systematically from teachers' angle.By analysising and discussing deeply the connotation and features of generative teaching,the author made a clear positioning of teachers' role,and have discussed the approaches to realize the teachers' role in generative teaching.The author compared the teachers' role in traditional teaching to that in generative teaching from various aspects,and brought in relevant teaching cases as corroborations making the superiority of teachers' role in generative teaching more obviously.The dissertation consists of three main parts.Part one discussed the overview of generative teaching from three aspacts.Firstly,the author traced to the source of generative teaching theory and found theoretical sources of generative thoughts separately from Rousseau,Dewey,Stenhouse,Suhomlinski and Doll's education thoughts.Secondly,the author analyzed the connotation of generative teaching from four aspects,namely,man's generation,knowledge's generation,significance's generation and teaching generation.Finally,the author concluded four features of generative teaching,namely,process,situation,openness and uncertainty.Part two discussed the roles position of teachers in generative teaching.On the basis of analysing the connotation of generative teaching,the teachers' role first was definited by the implementer of their own life value after analysis and verification.Because teachers firstly can realize their own value,they can use the correct values to guide the healthy development of students. Secondly,Teachers should become the setters of students life growing.The traditional teaching paid more attention to acquisition of knowledge for students,ignoring the healthy growth of student's bodies and minds.Generative teaching required teachers to pay attention to the growth of students in the height of the life.Thirdly,teachers should become creative user of text,who changed the dependence relationship of text in traditional teaching,making text become an effective media of teaching generating,not teaching itself.Fourthly,teachers should also become the excavators of generative resources,which made that generative teaching can highlight a humanistic care through developing generative resources.Fifthly,teachers should become the creators of open teaching situations.Generative teaching must break through the closed teaching environment in traditional teaching,to create an open,friendly,safe learning environment for students.Finally,teachers should be the supervisors of teaching generating process,ensure effective generating of teaching.Part three discussed the approaches to realize teachers' role.First of all,teachers should reflect and reconstruct the values of teaching,chang the traditional education ideas,and form the dynamic generative teaching values.Secondly,teachers should also care for the subjectivity of students,respect individual differences of students,and meet the needs of their students.Thirdly,the teachers' autonomy should be returned to teachers.While teachers are empowered,they should improve their professional ability.Finally,teachers should continually make teaching reflections,which improved the ability of holding teaching generation,and realize their roles in generative teaching in the process of reflecting their own teaching ideas and teaching practice.Generative teaching concerns the intrinsic value of teaching process,whose essence is making the subjectivity of teaching returned,namely,the essence of teaching should care the life development of teachers and students. As long as the basis of understanding the connotation of the generative teaching fully,teachers can grasp their roles well in the generative teaching,carry out the generative teaching's ideas into practice,and promote the teachers' professional development constantly. |
