Purpose of this study:In the current football training system, the right lower limb muscle groups in this small research projects there are still some vacancies, and there is no specific lower limb muscle groups of the small training programs. This study was designed for small muscle groups to define the concept, and try a number of small muscle groups of the training and experiments on small muscle groups, to increase awareness of the level and the level of training specific muscle, in order to further deepen the study of lay some empirical basis.Major research methods:literature, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, interview, mathematical statistical method, comparative research methods.Innovation:First, the definition of small muscle groups to define, and lower limb muscles according to the concept of small and large in the form of classification; The second is to break the training of small muscle group-specific characteristics is not strong, worked out a number of football special "small muscle groups, "training methods and evaluation methods for deeper research training methods in future.Main findings:A) Small muscle groups are located in remote and physically present in the large muscle between the action in motion from accurate, assistance, support, etc. in effect and can not easily be tempered to the general term for a relatively small muscles. Training enhances the athletes Speed-strength ability, meet the specific characteristics of football;(2) Small muscle training has made the knee and ankle joints increase the percentage of antagonistic muscles, played for improving knee and ankle joint stability role; (3) Football players on the right knee antagonist suitable ratio of 58-63% and the right ankle joint antagonistic muscle ratio preferably between 2.75--3.25.Inadequate for this study and the present state of development of small muscle groups put forward the following recommendations:First, the proposed professional athletes in football lower limb isokinetic muscle strength test, draw the knee and ankle joint antagonistic muscle ratio of the most desirable range; 2, emphasis on small muscle groups the status of training in sports and increase small muscle groups of the study, along with coaches should also strengthen theoretical study aimed at developing a reasonable regional small muscle group training methods, so that training methods to achieve scientific and not remain in the experience.
