| Purpose:Through the influence of muscle activation enhancement effect on football players’ specific abilities,to provide a new reference for football players’ warm-up training,so as to improve the physical function status of athletes in future training and competitions.Method:16 football players were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The athletes in the control group used fifa11+ football warm-up exercises to warm up for four weeks of normal training.After the fifa11+ football warm-up exercise,the athletes in the experimental group took a five-minute rest and performed5RM-intensity back-neck squat exercises.Each of the three groups repeated 3 times with a 2min interval between groups and an 8-minute interval after the group to start normal training for a period of four weeks.Four weeks later,the two groups of athletes were arranged to perform a maximum oxygen uptake test,a 30-s anaerobic power test,a 30-meter run test,a standing triple jump test,and a Illinois return run test to compare various index data of the two groups of athletes.Results:After four weeks of muscle activation and enhancement of U17 male football players,the absolute value of the maximum power,the relative value of the maximum power,and the speed of reaching peak power in 30 s were higher than those of the control group and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the athletes in the experimental group were determined The results of triple jump,30-meter running and reentry running were all higher than those of the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Football players use 3 sets of 5RM squats each time and repeat 3times in each group.The interval between groups is 2 minutes,and the interval between groups is 8 minutes.The muscle activation and strengthening program for football players for four weeks can improve the athletes’ anaerobic capacity and strength.Quality,speed quality and agility quality. |
