The reasons above are the crucial factors for developing public amateur football in Changchun City.2. Positive competition atmosphere can lead a great centripetal force. This can not only make players satisfy their own competition demands, but can also publicize the next competition, and can absorb more football fans attending the football. So the sport competent authorities should pay enough attention to the atmosphere of the competition. Otherwise, the participants of amateur football are mostly youngsters, taking up the amount of 86.4% in the investigated persons. The youngster football is the cradle for both the amateur football and the professional football. Only depending on the obsolescent model in football school to cultivate the talents cannot catch the speedy development of the football industries. So looking for the new cultivating model for youngster football talents is the highest priority for present.3. Professional football clubs haven't offered enough help and support for amateur football. Professional football's inborn advantages make it have absolute high key points at every aspect. So professional clubs should nurture the amateur football, and use this to exchange the support of public amateur football players. This shows that after Changchun City's football has a degree of mass base, the problem we must face in the future is that how to connect the professional and the amateur well.4.
