Research On Adult Amateur Football Changchun Investigation And Development Strategies

Since Yatai Football Club obtained the champion of the China Football SuperLeague, the overall environment of football in Changchun has made great progress inrecent years. However, as an important part of football, the development of amateurfootball in Changchun is not approving. Especially comparing with other provinces andcities, where amateur football gets more development, there is a certain gap. In order toimprove the amateur football level in Changchun steadily and healthily, the paperreveals the reasons for low level and slow development of amateur football inChangchun in recent years fully, accurately and objectively, and seeks for reform anddevelopment measures. On base of investigation, analysis and research about amateurfootball fans and teams, business model, soccer site and equipment, amateurorganizations, social concern, the paper provides a theoretical basis for the developmentof amateur football in Changchun by seeking for the problems and putting forwardrelative reform measures. The paper adopts literature surveys (including interviews,questionnaires, statistics) and other research methods. The result is that the age structureof Changchun teams is reasonable; these teams are close to the first class nationalprofessional football teams; several Amateur Football Leagues in Changchun havetaken shape; there is great potential development for amateur football. On the otherhand, there are some immoderate problems that need improvement:1. The deficient conditions for amateur football is the efficient amse of slowdevelopment football in Changchun. The amateur football is embarrassed by thedeficiency of free open football fields.2. The overall level of football in Changchun presents in polarization situation. Theimbalance of holistic football development makes the imbalance of amateur football;small-scoped amateur football teams and very few traditional strong teams which haslong history and large scale.3. The amateur football in Changchun is in the state of Confusion anddisorganization; amateur football has no better living environment; team’s organizationand management is loose, which make the lack of continuity in team activities. 4. The absence of effective amateur football management leads the weakness ofamateur football game organization; referee selection; timely treatment about trainingand competition problems. These badly restrict the development of amateur football inChangchun.To improve the status of amateur football in Changchun and promote amateurfootball reform and development, accordingly enhance good competitive environmentfor the amateur football teams in Changchun, which contributes to a better developmentof football in Jilin Province. The paper lists following recommendations:1. The sports administration at all levels in Changchun should strengthen themanagement of amateur football, speed up the construction of sports facilities in the cityand make effective use of them, and strengthen the supervision and training about thecoaches, referees and other subjective and objective factors.2. To build traditional strong amateur football teams, which can contribute toamateur football’s cultural heritage and attract more soccer fans to join in, in order topromote overall development for amateur football.3. To establish Changchun Amateur Football League, the Amateur League rationalorganization and management, monitoring and auditing on amateur football teamsqualification to participate in competitions and players’ mobility, the amateur league ofmarketing and so on.4. To support the cooperation between Changchun Football Association andAmateur Football Alliance, assist Amateur Football Alliance on the organization,supervision and clear conditions amateur league, referee training and appointment,supervise referee enforcement, dealing with serious referees’ violations, in order tomake the purification of football.
