In fall 2006, high school in Liaoning Province to launch a new round of high first-year curriculum reform, the introduction of credit system. Now the new physics curriculum reform for high schools in Liaoning Province has stood at the gate of college entrance examination after three years. Through a curriculum of teaching, both how teachers correctly grasp the essence of the new curriculum to meet the modular teaching and the establishment of new teaching ideas are keys to continue to deepen curriculum reform in the future. The implementation of the physics teachers'actual teaching process in high schools is the best indicator of the concept that whether the physics curriculum reform is to be understood, implemented, implemented and widespread. Therefore, it is of great importance in practice to research physics teachers and students in high schools. The first part of this article discusses the background, the problems and the significance of paper in details. The second part of the article summarizes theoretical knowledge on education, which serves as a basis for primary education reform in China, including Piaget's theory on cognitive development and learning, Thorndike's learning theory, Bruner's Constructivist Theory and Gardner's theory multiple intelligence , diverse learning styles and evaluation. The third part describes changes in our curriculum reform process and the new curriculum-related situations. The fourth part is the key of this paper. In the form of questionnaire, 226 teachers in44 different high schools and 363 students from various schools in Liaoning Province are reached, followed with a conclusion that high school physics course in Liaoning Province has achieved some breakthroughs in the past three years and the overall implement the curriculum reform in Liaoning Province is good. Teachers take an active part in the training of curriculum reform, get a better understanding of the concept and content about curriculum reform ,design the teaching objectives, classroom organization, the correct analysis of the physical materials in accordance with the requirements of Curriculum in the actual process of teaching and use appropriate teaching methods and course content to carry out teaching activities to meet the practical needs of students. Moreover, teachers'expertise and computer applications can meet the needs of teaching in our province.Similarly, there are also some shortcomings in high school physics reform of our province. The application of multimedia teaching is expected to be improved, physics teachers need to strengthen their ability of researching, more efforts still need to make to make better use of the school curriculum resources, the implementation of inquiry learning and advocating also need to develop further and the evaluation system between teachers and students needs to be changed. To solve these problems, the most practical approach is that schools update their ideas and increase investment to ensure that implementation of new physics course is successful. Besides, solve the problems encountered in the implementation process as soon as possible. Teachers should enhance their own learning, improve their quality, focus on the classroom, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. With the combination of deficiencies in the previous chapter, the fifth part of this article is to promote proposals and measures for the implementation of high school physics curriculum reform. This paper aims to amend the new curriculum, new courses for the current reforms and to provide some basic references for physics teaching, and to improve teachers'and students'understanding of curriculum reform. It is hoped to play a positive role in helping physics teachers in high school better coping with physical education curriculum reform.
