Crisis always closely links to human beings. China, which is undergoing the critical period of thoroughly implement of scientific development and the overall building of harmonious society, faces many types of public crisis now. The special public sphere, colleges and universities, is not the exception of high crisis. The unexpected crises not only seriously affect the teaching order and harmony on campus, but also pose a serious threat to the property and life of students and teachers, which makes us have to pay attention and study a serious and urgent significant task ---college crisis governance. Culture plays an important role in maintaining a healthy and orderly society. In essence, the social crisis is ultimately the result of cultural conflict and its effective governance inevitably depends on the culture. Based on the high and typical frequency as a case study in colleges and universities, it deeply explores the major crisis incentives in colleges and universities and its main problems of college crisis governance so as to propose a new mode "harmonious culture governance" for college crisis governance. Under the guidance of harmonious culture, this thesis puts forward with reasonable response to how to establish a new mode of harmonious culture for college crisis governance, build an open pluralistic crisis governance network and improve the coordination of effective crisis governance.
