With the progress of society and the continuous improvement of human civilization, as the main force of social development` physical and mental heal is subjected to unprecedented concern. It is very important that how to improve college students` health level and quality of life. Minister of Education Yuan Guiren expressed that school should regard students as main body and put the starting point on the promoting student's healthy growth when he preached the Outline of China's National plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development in Guizhou province. Wushu as physical project which be own and bearing the weight of traditional culture of china, is important teaching content of colleges` physical training and education resources of traditional culture. Whether it can contribute to college students` feeling of happiness and quality of life` promotion during the process of them training Wushu. This thesis based on reading and collating numerous literature data used means such as questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logical analysis et al, to study the college students` feeling of happiness who were trained Wushu, with those questions. This thesis adopted method of stochastic sampling and compiled basal information questionnaire and total happiness feeling questionnaire to investigate for 400 college students, statistical analysis result showed that:1.The general well-being of students trained Wushu is higher than whose didn't trained, furthermore analyzed each factor of total happiness feeling it could find that training Wushu or don't remarkable influence the worry and nervousness of health.2.Sex difference of students who trained Wushu don`t influence general well-being, furthermore analyzed each factor of general well-being it could find that sex difference remarkable influence the controlling of emotion and behavior, moreover schoolboys` score were higher than schoolgirls`.3.Grade difference of students who trained Wushu don`t influence general well-being, furthermore analyzed each factor of total happiness feeling it could find that grade difference remarkable influence the controlling of emotion and behavior, moreover graduate students` were highest .4. Kinds difference of Wushu which students trained don`t influence general well-being.5. The main factors influence general well-being were the interested level of Wushu and training time per time.
