The Research On Construction Of College Student Association Based On The College Students’Subjective Evaluation

College student association (CSA) consists of undergraduate students with different interest voluntarily, who take autonomic activities in accordance with the constitution.lt is of "self education, self management, self service".Its building is not only to achieve certain external requirement, the more important is for the members’ own" society and culture" learning needs.It Plays an important role in the colleges and universities.In recent years, the defect and limitations coming from the construction of CSA in our country have become the hindrance which blocks CSA function release.Weisbord’s Six-Box Model provides a unique analysis path and theoretical framework for the diagnosis and assessment of CSA. The diagnostic elements and criteria built on the file system and executive system will promote the self-evaluation and self-improvement of CSA essentially.This thesis first analyzes the scholars in the past the study of CSA,in the second chapter, this article will introduce Weisbord’s Six-Box Model to college students association diagnosis and evaluation of the theoretical framework.The author vias widely literature and fiels,and question survey in5college of Dalian,Collected a large amount of detailed first-hand material.This thesis under the analytical framework of "Six-Box Model", compiled the questionnaire for the first time,the 《College student association organization status questionnaire》 is of goal, structure, relationships, motivation, leadership, participation and mechanism.The thesis in dalian university of technology, dalian maritime university, liaoning normal university, dalian nationalities university, dalian university of five colleges and universities, randomly selected from500university students who have experience of college through the questionnaire survey of college students, recycling effective questionnaire432copies.According to the college students’ subjective assessment concluded that the current problems of CSA:Firstly,CSA activities can not achieve expected goals; Secondly,association structure is lack of perfect internal management mechanism;Thirdly,association is lack of team cooperation spirit;Fourthly,association incentives is lack of a sound incentive system; Fifthly, association leaders is lack the ability of random strain; Sixthly,Ability to solve emergency under the participation mechanism.Based on the college students highlight the above six aspects of problems in the construction of community, put forward the following six aspects aimed at promoting the construction of college students refers to counter measures: The first, Focus on strengthening the construction of college society target;The second,Perfect the management mechanism of college students’ community;The third,To improve college students’ community spirit of solidarity and collaboration;The fourth,To improve the students community of incentives;The fifth,To improve college students’ community organizers of the leadership;The sixth,Focus on the individual development of college student association members.
