Object: The purpose of research, taking college students with left-behind experiences as the research subject,is that to discuss whether the mindfulness training has a significant impact on subjective well-being.Method: A total of 1132 college students with both positive symptoms and left-behind experience were screened out by means of scl-90 survey of 3230 freshmen of 2016 grade in our school(hunan institute of finance and industry and technology).According to the voluntary manner, matching the volunteer with college students who were met the previous two requirements, thus 96 colleges were remained.Except the spare time and other factors,30 college students were selected as the object of study. The selected college students were randomly divided to experiment group and control group, each group of 15 people. The experiment groups were tested for eight weeks and they had two hours mindfulness training each week, left an objective report for every experiment group when training ended. While the control group needed no interventions.FFMQ and General Well-being Schedule were used for pretest and posttest the two groups. The posttest was started from three months after the training.Considering the data loss and other factors,we only analyzed the information of 10 people in the experiment group and10 people in the control group(There were 3 boys and 17 girls in total).Result: 1.Pretest comparison of the subjective well-being in two groups: the result shown that there were no significant differencesbetween the experiment group and the control group(p>0.05),and the two groups were basically at the same level and close to each other;By posttest comparison of the subjective well-being,the score of experiment groups were all higher than control groups(p<0.05).Among them, there were significant differences at the level of 0.01 in health concerns, life satisfaction and interest as well as the emotional and behavioral control.2.Compare within groups of the subjective well-being: the experiment groups had decreased health concerns and the differences had statistical significance(t=-6.871,p<0.001).In addition, there were significant changes in life satisfaction and interest as well as the emotional and behavioral control(p<0.05),while depression or happy mood and relaxation and tension(anxiety)also scored higher than before. The six aspects of control groups all have no significant changes and the result has no statistical significance(p>0.05).3.Compare of mindfulness level within groups: the score of the control group in mindfulness pretest were95.80,the average score of posttest were 101.20,and the posttest scores were significantly higher than the pretest scores.Conclusion:(1)Mindfulness training has significantly effect on improving the subjective well-being of college students with left-behind experiences.(2)Mindfulness training method is feasible.
