With the new curriculum reform in depth and to promote a democratic equality, communication and collaboration, interactive communication, to create the main characteristics of teaching students has became concerned by teachers and experts in classroom and the relentless pursuit of the ideal realm. This is precisely the core of teaching dialogue, character, New Curriculum Reform of Mathematics Teaching consciously with the "students" from the Perspective of interactive mathematics teaching marriage, generate a "blue rather than blue for" new teaching form. This paper is in this context of this teaching form the field of mathematics teaching in primary schools carried out the feasibility of practical rational thought and research.After reading domestic and foreign education, psychology, teaching theory, the large quantities of well-known mathematics teacher of a special monograph and relevant research results based on the literature, this study obtained primary mathematics teaching the theory of dialogue and content and so on. This study concentrates on teaching this new form of mathematics teaching in primary schools at the background of the New Curriculum, and implementation of innovative strategies. Then combined with of mathematics teaching in primary long-term observation of practice and thinking , dialogue teaching in primary school mathematics teaching practice problems and follow-up strategies.Conclusion of this study include:1, Primary Mathematics Teaching is a dialogue rooted in the form of teaching the new curriculum, the teaching point in the dialogue more sense, the pursuit of the spirit of dialogue. Advocate trust, understanding, respect, equality, cooperation.2, Primary Mathematics Teaching in the dialogue include the "people and text dialogue" and "Everyone dialogue." Reflected in classroom teaching from the five major aspects of design: "before class dialogue: the dialogue text, and find meaning; classes begin dialogue: creation of context, words stimulate desire; lesson dialogue - dialogue with teachers and students, meaning illustration; the end of the dialogue course - evaluation of reflection, self-improvement; after-school dialogue - reflective details, makes the human. " 3, Primary Mathematics Teaching and Learning Dialogue are: creating teaching situation, optimizing subject design, effective organization of the discussion group cooperation, and effective evaluation of dialogue-based teaching mathematics classroom perspective.4, Primary Mathematics Teaching in the practice of dialogue, there are some deficiencies, but the key is to improving the professionalism of teachers and raise standards of teaching art. Key strategies are: to learn educational theory, solid mathematics literacy; sound of classroom teaching and research, teaching effective implementation of the dialogue; build three-dimensional teaching and research networks; conduct research topic.
