Itˊs pointed out in the teaching suggestion of New Course Criterionthat it is the teachers who are the organizer and guider in the teaching activity.Chinese education should be developed in an equal dialogue between theteacher and students. With the development of educational theory and thedepending of reform in education, the teachers have basically discarded theold mode where the students only study what their teachers taught. But manyquestions such as how to embody and implement the initiative status of thestudents, how to realize the leading role of the teachers, are still worthstudying and exploring.If we establish equal and harmonious relationship between teachers andstudents as well as students themselves, we must guarantee freedom of theirindependent exploration, and ensure that our teachers display their characterto organize and guide teaching. In order to do it, we need to reform andsuperioritize our education methods as well as to build a new teaching modecalled Dialogue Mode which could become a link between theory andpractice. The traditional Chinese education has disadvantages that havespurred people to seek new theory and ways. Therefore the Dialogue theoryoffered us new visual angle and room for thinking. In this field of vision,every one enjoy the equality with the world. In other words, it recognizes theindividual significance and value of both sides, and make them equal. InChinese education, the Dialogue includes those not only between teacher andstudents, but alternative Dialogues between students, students and text,teachers and text. The theory pursues individual perfection and satisfactionthrough mutual creation. It must be based on the dialogue that is initiative,independent, full of meaning and interrelated, and the both sides must bemutually subjects to each other.The existence and continuity of the dialogue makes the words of bothsides worthy to exist. At the same time, students probably realize theirself-expression, self-enrichment, self-development, and self-surpassing.Construction said that cognitive subject wonˊt mirror the objectiveworld as its original state, but make some choice and correction by using hisunique experience to build a new meaning which will become part of hisoriginal knowledge structure or create a new one. Constructism teachingideology is intrinsically in keeping with the Dialogue teaching ideology. Thelatter emphasize on the dialogue between teacher and students, students andtext. That's to say, the teachers an d the texts offer the students a "situation",and the dialogue between students is just a kind of cooperation, the newmeaning is really constructed in their own self-dialogue.This article absorbs both Dialogue theory and Construction teachingideology as a reference, so as to put forward a new Dialogue teaching modewhich is based on equal, characterized by independent exploring of thestudents, intermediarized by text and cored by questions. It also try to probetactics to carry out ,so as to pursue the existence of the feeling objects andarouse the vigor and personality of the students through the opening, randomand pluralistic mode with the aid of democratic and equal relation betweenteacher and students. By this dialogue, the students could enrich knowledge,widen experience, appreciate themselves, perfect their personality, finallygrowing up to be modern persons who have activity, creativity, as well asdialogue-rationality and cooperative spirit.
