ISO is short for International Organization for Standardization. The term ISO9000 refers to a set of quality management standards. ISO is the essence of quality science and management technology, and it's the cream of management experience. ISO9000 quality management standards emphasize precautionary measures and focus on the customers'needs, standardize every business process and lessen the chance of bias errors. Introducing and applying ISO9000 Standards has become a popular trend in all kinds of organization in the world.With the development of socialist market economy, school education, especially secondary vocational education's entering the market competition is an irresistible trend. How to manage regularly and rationally, to improve the quality of secondary vocational education has become the focus of the whole society. Nowadays, to improve school's reform and development by introducing advanced management has become many schools'initial behavior. Internationally agreed ISO9000 provides a way to regulate management for secondary vocational schools.Therefore, this article tries to begin with education management theory, combine theory research with examples, and analyze the necessity and feasibility which ISO9000 standard popularizes in secondary vocational schools. This article takes an example of Huang Tang Comprehensive High School to narrate the procedures of how to establish and utilize the ISO9000 quality management systems. It analyses the problems which appear during the process of introducing ISO9000 quality management standards in Huang Tang Comprehensive High School and gives countermeasures to these problems. It is explicit about secondary vocational schools'products and customers. It also analyses the necessity and possibility of applying ISO9000 quality management standards in secondary vocational schools. The thesis concludes as follows: The secondary vocational schools should realize clearly the imitation of introducing ISO9000 quality management systems,make every effort to promote perfection by exploring: don't introduce the formant procedure of ISO9000 briefly,the more important thing is to introduce its management thought, the key of introducing the management system of quality is renewing of the idea. It is possible to advance the management level of secondary vocational schools, and to promote teaching quality by introducing ISO9000 quality management systems. There is an inherent course and controlling method in secondary vocational education. This is the point that we must deal with and conduct correctly of applying ISO9000 quality management systems in secondary vocational schools.
