The Research About Some Problems Of Education Quality Management In The Secondary Vocational Schools Through Drawing On The Experience Of ISO9000 Standards

As one of important parts of the modern education system, the secondaryvocational education undertakes the vital tasks that cultivates high-qualifiedtalents for produces, services, technology and management, and improves theeducational level of working people in urban and rural areas. It has made agreat of contributions to turn advanced science and technology andequipments to realistic productive force. But with the progress of economy ,specially in recent years, under the background that china became a memberof WTO ,constructed the xiao kang society and the higher educationdeveloped rapidly, the secondary vocational education endured rigorouschallenge and much difficulties in the proceed of forging ahead. As for theinsides of the secondary vocational schools, there are many problems inmanagement of education quality which have to be studied and improved.To counter these problems, at first this paper puts forward the necessitiesand feasibilities that the secondary vocational schools implement educationquality management through using the experiences of ISO9000 standards afteranalyzing its effective implement in the side of quality management inindustry and business enterprises. Second, regarding the processes andmethods as models, it builds the education quality management system of thesecondary vocational schools from four aspects: management duty, resourcemanagement, fulfilling the education service product and analyzing testingand improving. At last, the article describes the basic characteristics ofeducation quality management system in the secondary vocational schools, itsrunning system and the problems should be given attention to. as the focalpoint and origin of the research, the thesis intends on providing usefulreferences to the education quality management of the secondary vocationalschool.
