The Research Of How To Construct The Education Quality Management System In Vocational Middle Schools By Using ISO9000 Quality Certification Standard

With the China's entry to World Trade Organization and the rapiddevelopment of economic globalization, it has been widely acknowledgedthat education has become part of the industry of modern service. Theeducation management in China can't meet the requirement of theinternationalization of education until it meets international educationstandards. The certification of education quality provides the schooleducation with a way to meet the international standards. As China istrying to change its huge population into enormous human resources,professional education is facing with unprecedented chances andchallenges. To meet the market requirements, the most important problemthe professional education faces is how to continuously improve thequality of both education and training and maintain the comparativequality stability. To improve the quality of education and training andpromote the modernization of education management the most significantand effective way is to use ISO9000 quality certification standard whichaims to set up a scientific and effective education service system by usingTQM (total quality management) as its directing thoughts. This paper aims at discussing the feasibility and of the implication ofISO900 quality certification standard in the vocational education field, Italso discusses how to construct the basic frame of the education qualitymanagement system in vocational middle schools, reflects the mistakeswhich appear during building up the system and makes some suggestionsto utilize the education quality management system in a more effectiveway.
