An Empirical Study On The Effect Of Internet To The Post 90s College Students' Political Socialization

CPC Central Committee and State Council's Opinions on Further Enhancing and Improving the College Students Ideological and Political Education points out: Strengthening and improving the college students'ideological and political education must emancipate the mind, seek truth from the facts, advance with the times, insist on people-centered approach, close to reality, close to life, and close to students. At present, the post 90s has gradually entered the university. The Internet era is the characteristic of their living environments. With the booming development of network media, the Internet becomes an important means of obtaining political information, appraising political affairs, expressing political opinions and participating political businesses by college students. It's a new platform and new area for college students'political socialization. So to research the post 90s'characteristics, the basic characteristic of their political socialization, and the degree, kind, reason, etc. of the Internet's influence not only have great theoretical meaning, but also have important practical meaning in understanding the current students'ideological characteristics, evading the Internet's negative influence, smoothing the evolution of college students'political socialization and improving the effects. Taking students of Grade 2008 &2009 in Yancheng Teachers University as sample, this paper rightly focuses on the Internet influence to the post 90s college students'political socialization and the countermeasures. There are three parts:The first: Connect the close relation of the Internet and the college students'political socialization. It mainly discusses the general theories of political socialization and the connotation of college students'political socialization. On the basis of illustrating the current situation of the Post 90s college students'political socialization, it further discusses the Internet influence, which builds the theory base for the succeeding investigating and researching.The second: Connect the investigating and researching on the effect of the Internet to the political socialization of the post 90s college students. This part is substantial evidence researching part. Taking Yancheng Teachers University as sample, it researches the consciousness, means and contents of obtaining political information by making some actual investigation. On that base, it goes on analyzing the characteristic of the Internet's influence and the reason of negative ones.The third: Promote and optimize the countermeasures of the college students'political socialization in network environment. This part is focused on the countermeasures research. Upon the negative influence of the Internet towards the post 90s college students, it brings out some concrete measures. For example, strengthen the development and management of the Internet, set a positive and healthy network environment, innovate the ideological and political education, keep pace with the times to carry out education and guidance, Enhance the construction of revolutionary websites, and let ideological and political education fully capture network position.
