Various domestic and international research and experiment show : cooperative learning in group has obvious effect in promoting students' subjective development, improving the classroom atmosphere, promoting social psychology of students' ability to solve problems of development and the students' cognitive thinking. With the deepening teaching reform, cooperative learning in group has become an important way of learning English in vocational school.Based on cooperative learning in group in secondary vocational school, it starts from the significance of research, methods and theoretical foundation, in many aspects of literature on the basis of the reading. Through several typical secondary school in-depth interviews, survey and lectures work, the author understand and grasp the current of the group cooperation in the secondary vocational schools of Lanyungang. The author was delighted to see that cooperative learning in vocational English class is widely used, and the average high school students, the author thinks that secondary vocational schools compared to learning English for more cooperative learning group, but unfortunately, in the survey found that the current vocational English cooperative learning group has many problems, mainly in the following aspects: the formalism of cooperative learning, cooperative content and timing, group is not scientific, researchers responsibility is not clear, Cooperative learning is not clear, the rules; no regulation teachers' Evaluation, evaluation system is not timely imperfect. The author tried to find the reasons ,respectively from teachers, students to teachers training .The biggest characteristic is based on the specific case. in view of the above question the author puts forward corresponding 6 solutions, : understanding and cooperation actively transform teacher role in essence, Well, carefully selecting cooperative learning design content and timing, Scientific cooperation group, established clear division of responsibility, To cultivate students' cooperation consciousness, improve cooperation skills, To strengthen guidance, flexible control activities with emergencies, Establish evaluation system in an objective evaluation, etc. Above all is the strategy to solve every one in the case analysis and reflection, strive to accomplish "scandal", documented and feasible.The author hopes that by the study of cooperative learning in group, we can promote it and improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning, the construction of the cooperation of the energetic vocational English classroom, thus to improve vocational English classroom teaching quality as an own weak force.
