With the accelerating process of globalization, China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), transnational exchange of knowledge and talent become more frequent. Learners'communicative ability is paid more and more attention (William.Littlewood,2000; Hymes,1972; HG Widdowson,1978).Nowdays, language teaching increasingly emphasis on language communicative role. There are many scholars dedicated to it. In English teaching, teachers not only put the communicative approach into the whole classroom teaching process and create a speaking English environment for students as possible as, but also encourage students to participate in a variety of communicative activities both inside and outside classroom. Lackness of worldwide nurse resources creates more employment opportunities for the Chinese nurse to enter the international market. Currently, China's health care system faces the focus of institutional reform, foreign hospitals will be poured into the Chinese medical market, and the hospitals urgently need oversea nursing personnel. Therefore, in such a large environment, the problem of how to cultivate a high-quality foreign care professionals first placed in front of English teachers is training students communicate ability. As our school regards over-sea nursing personnel for a new development direction, English language as communicative function is particularly important in the professional. Communicative function is the core of communicative approach teaching, focusing on communicative skills training is a communicative teaching's principles and the guiding ideology. In the communicative classroom, students can get more and more speaking English opportunities. Such teaching method will help to improve students'learning interest and passion, make classroom atmosphere more active and ultimately improve students' communicative skills of spoken English. I believe that oral communicative teaching used in secondary vocational school has it own advantage. As the secondary vocational students have not academic pressure and guaranteed hours, which provides the conditions for teachers in the classroom to carry out language communicative activities in the English classroom. Teachers can make full use of communicative approach to teach and create a lively language environment for students, use the designed lively interesting communicative activities to enable students to come in contact with the language more, effectively train and develop students'oral communicative competence. The author discoveries by investigating current situation of spoken English teaching in the secondary vocational nursing school, spoken English teaching has many disadvantage factors from students and teachers. This research mainly uses literature, problems survey method, interview method, classroom observation method to study the topic and try to improve the students'interest in spoken English, and change their original attitude in spoken English and raise their standard of English spoken and learning initiative by research.
