Culture highly embodies the value and behavior of people. It is also a driving force of different phenomena. Nowadays, the constructure of teacher culture is the key point of the school culture. Many scholars and professors begin to pay attention to it. New course reformation, the constructure of student culture, the development of developing professional teacher, school culture and the culture of society embodies the value of teacher culture in various aspects.The study takes the method of data studies, questionnaire, interview and observation. The questionnaire has two ways to knowing the teachers of X Primary School. The first is the value of teachers. It separates and clarifies the identification of the career of teacher and the value of school, social relationship, and the value of society. Second, the behavior of teachers includes the behavior of career, the constructure of school, relationship among people and the behavior in the life. It recycles 99 questionnaires. It has 94% efficiency.The study anatomies the influential factors of the culture of this school by the phenomena of culture in this school. It thinks that social environment, human environment and system environment, the support of culture, the value of the teachers, psychological factor and one's ability somehow has its positive or negative influence. According to the influences, the study will refine the system, adopt the impulsory measurement of management and strengthen the constructure of ethic of the career. It also advocates stimulating the flexible measurement of the sense of self-development.
