The hope of vitalizing Chinese People lies in education, vitalization of which further lying in teachers. To achieve this great vitalization, teachers of 21st century shoulder an important task.. At the turning of last century, the Ministry of National Education and the Chief Bureau of National Physical Education praised advanced individuals who had made contributions in the field of hygiene and physical education at schools in the past two decades, and selected 495 outstanding workers all over the country. In 2000, the Ministry of National Education chose 320 outstanding PE teachers at the primary and secondary schools as the national skeleton teachers to attend the National Training Program for the Teachers at Primary and Secondary Schools. They are valuable talents for the building of socialist modernization. They surely have different feature and regularity during their growth their successful quality and era char ataractics such as staged regularity and influential fasters are model and successful experience for most PE teachers' healthy growth. It can direct to train outstanding PE teachers for higher education colleges and helpful management guide for on-the-job training at all -level educational administrations. As well, it can serve as scientific basis for different schools to find out, train and select, more and better outstanding PE teachers.Multi-research approaches such as data approach, survey approach, Taffies approach and a serial of logical approaches are employed synthetically in this dissertation. The general situations and characteristics of these outstanding PE teachers and their regularity of development stages are summarized. Moreover, their regularity of development stages is elaborated. This author discusses and argues three development stages of these outstanding PE teachers, whose professional achievements and creativity are mainly made and embodied in the third stage. Most of them are endowed with good objective factors, subjective factors and intellectual strength; only of which interact properly shall outstanding talents be made. As a special group, these outstanding PE teachers own qualities of success as follows, seizure of opportunities, foundations and qualifications, belief, job commitment, special personality, capability of pressure tolerance, capability of social intercourse, ability of self-exhibition and eloquence. All of these outstanding PE teachers are top at these aspects above mentioned. Being ambitious, they have firmly seized opportunities of developing courses and give their capabilities and passion into full play so that they have became trans-century...
