Students view is the important content of personal educational beliefs ofteachers.New curriculum advocates“Development for Students”,it fully embodies thespiritual essence of modern students.Implementation of new curriculum concept needsto reflect in students eventually.How to turn students into all-round developmentstudents?Firstly,teacher needs to realize students and establish scientific conceptscorrectly;students view plays a guiding role on teachers’ own attitudes andbehaviors.Different student views will bring different attitudes and behaviors.Activestudent views promote all-round development of students,and vice versa.Superfine teachers are excellent representative in our teacher groups.Comparedwith students view between superfine teachers and ordinary teachers,which have bothgenerality and particularity,so it’s necessary to specialize in students view ofsuperfine teachers.By means of compared with ordinary teachers,this paper revealsthe current situation of students view of superfine teachers in Jiangxi province,as wellas analyzes its influential factors of students’ view,and makes some correspondingsuggestions according to this research.This thesis has five chapters,the first chapter is an introduction,which mainlydescribes the research background, the current overviews both domestic andoverseas,the purpose and the significance of this thesis,the method and innovationpoint. The second part shows the conception of teachers’ students view,superfineteacher and student,and it describes the impact of students view in respect of teachingobjective establishment,professional feeling and expectancy,self-development,efficiency of teaching effects,teaching behavior and teacher-student relationship onteachers.By contrast with normal teachers,the third part draws conclusion as below:(1)Students view of superfine teachers are superior to ordinary teachers’;(2)Towards to students view of superfine teachers,some respects of its experiences areabove educational theory level;(3)After the collision of traditional and modernteaching concept period,a trace of traditional concepts are still reserved in somesuperfine teachers’ mind subconsciously;(4)For various limitations,some modernconcepts are difficult to practice.Part four shows the internal and external influentialfactors of primary school Superfine teachers,intrinsic factors include the practical experience of teachers,career aspirations,personal qualities,educational theory andself-learning ability;external factors include culture,school,parent and significantothers.Part five is conclusion and recommendation.Toward to existing problems,itpresents corresponding suggestions:(1)Strengthening teaching reflection of superfineteachers,so as to improve and complete the students view of superfine teachers;(2)To complete in-service training for superfine teachers,which improves teachingtheories level;(3)Class size reduction,which to create a favorable environment fordifferentiating instruction of superfine teachers;(4)Converting the traditionaleducational concept,and to fulfill Multi-assessment standard.
