College students is the country's hope that the future of the nation. How in ideological and political education to better implement people-oriented, of humanistic care, life-giving spring breeze, a silent lubricant, in respecting, understanding, and caring for people, help people in education, inspiration, guide , Shaping people Humanistic study in moral education in the aim of respecting humanity and perfecting humanity turns into one key theme for further study in Chinese teaching fields.It is indicated in Proposals on Overall Planning The Moral Education System in Schools (issued by the Ministry of Education on April 20, 2004) that "School education should be people-oriented and moral education should be put on the first place compared with intellectual education, physical education and aesthetic education. Moral education puts emphasis on the students'education of politics, ideology, moral, law and mental health. Young students'patriotism, civilized behavior, good moral character, law-abiding consciousness and Scientific world view, view on life, view on values and beliefs of socialism with Chinese characteristics are formed and developed by education gradually." Referring to the content, it advocates unity and working together and takes into account of each other to create prerequisite for humanistic extension in communal life. At first, the humanistic moral education recognizes that the students are the individual human beings, with integrity, activity, creativity. Besides, humanistic moral education should respect the individual personality of the students ,their interest a well as their necessities and care for the students-one intact living beings, bearing in mind that the students are thoughtful, emotional human beings. At last, the humanist moral education ought to believe of the students'positive activity and creativity and stress their subjectivity and self-value in the process of moral education as well as advance the moral education in accordance with the individual demands in order to realize the overall development of the learners which turns them into the one with high morality.This paper lays the theoretical foundation for humanistic moral education in universities by the analysis of the origin and development of occidental humanity in moral education ideology in Chinese ancient teaching as well as Marxism relating to the humanistic theories and modern education policies in china, etc. By the way of investigating and analysis, we understand the necessity and evaluation on teachers (e.g. instructors) of the current university students and their self-control, reaction between them, political attitude, the value orientation, moral level and other current situations and find out the main factors affecting the morality of the university students, such as social factors, family education, school education, self factors, etc. Besides, we also identify the importance of humanistic study in moral education, which provides the realistic reference for establishing humanistic education model in moral education.In order to enhance the moral level and comprehensive ability of the university students, the content relating to the humanistic moral education in universities is advanced.
