The report of the C. P. C.’s seventeenth and eighteenth session both stressed to strengthen and improve the ideal and political work, to put emphasis on the humanity care and psychological help, to cultivate the social attitude of self-trusted, rational and optimistic. All of these showes that the tenet of the ideal and political work is humanity care. So the humanity care is not only necessary, but also urgent to the ethics education. To explore the more pertinent and instructive methods and mode of ethics education, to strengthen and improve the construction of the humanity care of moral education in higher vocational institutes is the first important task facing by the staffs of the moral education in higher vocational institutes.This research mainly conducted through the methods of questionnaire and interviewing. All these work fully explores the true practical problems of the moral education in higher vocational institutes, on the other hand, through viewing these problems we hope to put forth some practical countermeasures. This research is conducted among eight higher vocational institutes in Nanning city Guangxi Autonomous Zone, these eight institutes reprents the arts, scientifical, engineering, agricultural higher vocational institutes. The student questionnaire was written by the students from various majors of arts, law, scientific, engineering, agricultural and medical and so on. The teacher questionnaire was written by the teachers and administrative staff. The student questionnaire was extended to210students each institute and1680in total, and the teacher questionnaire was extended to55teachers by each and440in total. The student questionnaire was collected1440valid and the teacher questionnaire was collected384valid. The data was put in and analysed through the SPSS11.5to get the practical research conclusion.This research was conducted through the questionnaire and interviewing for the true status and the problems of the moral education in higher vocational institutes. Through fully analyzing for the data we found out that the idea of cultivating among many teachers and students is still backward, the idea of humanity care in moral education is still lacking, the qualities for humanity care among some staff in higher vocational institutes is still lacking, and the comprehensive qualities for these staff needs to improve, the contents of moral education are boring and channels of moral education are still quite single, the institutional management system and the construction for campus culture is still lacking. To solve the above mentioned four problems, we put forward strengthening the relative counter-measures for the humanity care of moral education in higher vocational institutes in our country, rearing the correct idea for cultivating and humanity care in moral education, constructing high qualities teachers of two qualifications, improving the qualities of teachers for humanity care, consummating the teaching contents in moral education and exploring the channels for the practice of moral education, constructing the campus culture full of humanity care in moral education. This research is valuable theoretically and practically, especially the suggestion and guiding value for the future empirical research in the humanity care of moral education in higher vocational institutes.
