This thesis applies high-speed cameras, telemetry EMG and three-dimensional force platform, these three machines simultaneously testing methods (have not be found). To analyze and process data of two athletes of the same level from the men’s javelin cross steps to the last shot moments with a special analysis software, human anatomy, sports training, biomechanics and other disciplines of knowledge, concerning kinematics, electromyography and kinetic theories. By contrast, problems and gaps are found in their final throw technologies. Afterwards, a technical diagnosis is made about this case in the hope of providing theoretical support for enhancing training progress and facilitating the current teaching models.The results are as follows:I. kinematics aspect:1. A study is made of the buffer stage in the final phase showing that Zhou**takes more buffer time than Lin**and needs more practice to improve the buffer technology. Training progress can only be made based on the reduction of buffer time and the application of buffer technology. Although Lin**takes less time than Zhou does, he should do more relevant exercise concerning the effective use of the buffer stage such as how to actively give force and do better than equipment, etc.2. When the javelin athletes stretch during the supporting phase, they should stretch the back foot fully and make the forward foot’s bearing great enough to ensure the fully open hip angle and well preparations for the largest "full bow" in the next step, which makes it easier to obtain the former acceleration from the initial phase.3. Muscle mechanics aspect:1.
