Study On The Prevention And Control Of Juvenile Delinquency In Fujian Province

According to the basic theories of school education, this paper discusses the active function of good school education on the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency in Fujian province, and its deep affect on social development and civilization. This paper collects data through questionnaires, interviews and narrative investigations. Juvenile Delinquents Discipline of Fujian Province, Fujian Adult Education Personnel Administration, Fujian Women's School, School for the Blind in Xiamen and a secondary school in Fuzhou are all investigated.The results show that there are some problems in school education. Some of them are bad school spirit, lack of legal education and education in mental health, loss of contact among teachers and students, little extracurricular activities, bad partnership, teachers'favor and unequal treatment to students and so on, which are the incentives of juvenile delinquency. In the light of the problems in school education, this paper tries to explain the proposed countermeasures to solve the juvenile delinquency from the aspect of administrative protection, the self-improvement of school and joint efforts of school, family and society. Besides, this paper focuses on introducing the importance of creating work-and-study on the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency.
