Research On Minors Violent Crime

Minors are the future of our motherland and the hope of the nation, and the whole society places the high expectations on them, hoping them can be the pillars of the motherland, but minors crime is becoming increasingly firce at the present time, which disappoints us seriously.In recent years, minors crime of our country has been the social focus. The present minors crime is more serious than the past in criminal nature. It shows not only in the increasing quantity and proportion of the crime, but also in the growing criminal seriousness and danger , even the latter is more prominent. Minors violent crime increases a lot in number and extent , for example, murder, lootings, rapings, knowingly hurt cases are more and more. Minors are the builders and the successors of our socialistic affair, so it is important to strengthen the education and training for minors and prevent the minor crime for socialist modernization of China.This paper takes Urumqi for an example to analyze the characteristics and reasons of China's minors violent crime and propose some tactics of preventing and controlling of it, hoping the crime of this type can be limited in certain scope and maintaining the social situation of stability and unity. I expect this paper can be a reference to prevent and control minors violent crime of our country.
