For a long time, agricultural vocational schools and agricultural, rural areas and farmers establish the most direct and close contact, promising the "three rural" service tradition. At present China's agricultural and rural economy has entered a new stage of development, and agriculture has brought new opportunities for vocational education. Based on the current situation of Hunan Vocational College of Agriculture survey, analysis of the current vocational education in Hunan Agricultural problems and analyze its causes, and then on the promotion of vocational education in Hunan Agricultural Development Strategy.This paper is composed of seven chapters.Chapter one and two, mainly on the definition of vocational education in agriculture and the current status of the agricultural vocational education at home and abroad, by illustrates the developing experiences of the United States and Japan, the development of vocational education in agriculture, domestic and agricultural vocational education at the same time to analyze the situation; Chapter third, fourth, fifth, mainly talking about the importance of agricultural development of vocational education for a major agricultural province of Hunan that the importance of vocational education in agriculture is more obvious, the development of agricultural vocational education in Hunan, help to improve the quality of farmers to promote agriculture technology. By comparison, survey research methods such as professional development status of Hunan Agricultural Research and propose solutions. Chapter Sixth, seventh, in part through questionnaires, site visits and other research methods to analyze the current vocational education in Hunan Agricultural and problems now, for the agricultural vocational education the main problems the following solutions, the agricultural vocational schools should be done:1 adhere to the three rural services, to fully understand the role of agricultural vocational education; 2 focus on building their own institutions, improve teaching quality;3 adhere to train skilled personnel; 4 innovative educational methods courses; 5 sound institutions and enterprises, technology and social interaction.The Purpose of the paper is mainly through the development of vocational education in Hunan Agricultural status of investigation and analysis of current agricultural vocational education development in the various problems to find a solution to restrict the development of vocational education in Hunan Agricultural problems in the program and ways to, the lifting of the development of the rural economy in the human resources constraints, Hunan to promote the "three rural" issues. Through investigation and study of vocational education in agriculture in Hunan Province to study, research focused on 20 schools in Hunan (4 institutions of higher learning where the training base,4 vocational technical colleges and 12 vocational technical schools), questionnaires, document analysis, to understand the current status of career development of Hunan Agricultural research shows that only by deepening the reform of agricultural vocational education, strengthening vocational agriculture teacher development and curriculum optimization, speed up the development of agricultural industrialization of agricultural vocational education is to solve the current existence of problem an effective way.
