In recent years,the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" is the key and difficult point for the Party and the state to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The development of rural areas needs to be supported by science and technology,and the construction of new countryside needs all kinds of agricultural science and technology talents.However,the development of rural vocational education has been stagnating.In order to solve the problems of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" and improve the living standard of rural areas,we must rely on and attach importance to rural vocational education.However,due to the influence of historical and cultural factors,agriculture-related education has not been paid attention to by the society.The development of rural vocational education is slow,and the gap between higher education and rural vocational education 1s obvious.Under the new situation of development,how to develop rural vocational education well,make it adapt to the new requirements of new rural construction,improve rural productivity,and help rural development remains to be discussed.Vocational education in rural areas is an important part of the current education system,but also the focus of attention of the current education community.At the critical moment when China's economy is in the transition period,how to make the development of rural vocational education better become the driving force of rural economic development is the most important task for the development and perfection of China's education system.Based on the development of rural vocational education in Ma'anshan City,Anhui Province,and aiming at promoting the development of rural vocational education and agricultural science and technology,this paper uses DEA-Malmquist index model to construct,takes Ma'anshan City as an example,selects the relevant data of the three counties and two districts of Ma,anshan City from 2012 to 2016,and takes the financial funds and staff of rural vocational colleges as the target.Number and teaching housing area are three indicators as input indicators and graduate number and graduate employment rate are two indicators as output indicators.Empirical analysis of the internal effects of rural vocational education output in Maanshan City shows that there is still much room for the development of rural vocational education in Maanshan City.Generally speaking,the input and output of Rural Vocational education in Hexian County and Hanshan County are two indicators.The effect is low.Under the current level of investment.vocational education in Hexian and Hanshan counties should strengthen the level of teaching quality,improve the professional skills of graduates,help graduates to obtain employment and improve the employment rate.For Dangtu County,Huashan District and Yushan District,we should consider increasing investment appropriately on the premise of stabilizing the current teaching level and the employment rate of graduates.
