Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Postgraduate Training For Master’s Degree In Physical Education In Harbin Normal University

Professional degree postgraduate education is an important part of the postgraduate education system and the main way to cultivate high-level applied talents.Actively developing professional degree postgraduate education is an inevitable requirement for building a well-off society in an all-round way and building an innovative country,and it is also an inevitable choice for postgraduate education to serve national economic construction and social development.Harbin Normal University is a provincial key university in Heilongjiang Province,and its sports discipline is in a leading position in the development of Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country.This research uses the methods of literature materials,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to analyze the current situation of the training quality of full-time postgraduates majoring in physical education in Harbin Normal University,and to reflect on the training mode of masters in sports majors,so as to make the training mode of sports professionals fit the needs of society.With a higher degree,it will cultivate high-level sports professionals with strong professional ability and professional quality for the society.Concluded as follow:（1）Harbin Normal University has an upward trend in the enrollment scale of physical education majors.There are many transfer candidates and inter-professional candidates.The training fields are physical education,sports training,and social sports guidance.The employment positions are primary and secondary school physical education teachers,colleges and universities.Work as a teacher,counselor,etc.（2）Harbin Normal University’s master of physical education training objectives meet the requirements of the national guiding program,and cultivate high-level applied sports professionals with sports professional skills or management.The positioning is relatively clear and the curriculum is reasonable.Students reported that there were too few sports skills courses,and elective courses lacked professional characteristics.（3）The cultivation of innovation ability of the master’s degree in physical education in Harbin Normal University mainly obtains credits from academic papers,competition awards,participation in conferences,teaching support,part-time sports services,teaching skills competitions,and refereeing.Internship practice implements a dual-tutor responsibility system,a centralized practice method,and has long-term cooperative practice bases.There is still a lack of effective communication mechanisms between universities and practice bases.（4）Harbin Normal University has standardized tutor qualification standards and a complete teaching staff.Tutors are the first responsible person for postgraduate training.The interaction between teachers and students is good,and off-campus tutors rarely participate in the relevant links of graduate thesis.（5）The problems existing in Harbin Normal University’s full-time sports master’s degree postgraduate training include weak professional skills of inter-professional candidates;poor differentiation of training objectives;lack of characteristics in curriculum settings;lack of effective communication mechanisms between universities and practice bases;incentive system Lack,limit the strength of the mentor team.The strategies for the training quality of full-time physical education graduate students in Harbin Normal University are put forward as follows:（1）Adjust the proportion of re-examination practice assessment to improve the quality of students;（2）Refine the training objectives,adjust the flexible school system;adjust the proportion of practical courses to improve teaching practice ability（3）Improve the teaching staff and strengthen the dual-tutor system;（4）Strengthen supervision and management to ensure the quality of teaching.
