Nowadays, the Chinese education has changed from elitist education to mass education, and the former "god-blessed students", or the beloved of the elitist education---the students in the senior secondary vocational schools have lost their natural advantage that they can get jobs after their graduation, they have to actively and independently take part in the competition of job-finding, choosing jobs independently and selecting each other in the job market. As an excellent group of all the labor sources in our country, if these students can be reasonably and sufficiently employed in time, to some degree, it has an important significance for the development of the society, the stabilization of the country and the construction of the economy. However, when these vocational and competent students are put into the employing track of the market, the competition can not be avoid. Facing these difficulties and challenges, how to look reality in the employing problems of this group of students, especially some of these students, or vulnerable groups, who are at a disadvantage or of modest quality in competition, has become a gradually prominent problem and it tends to be increased. Therefore, research on and solve the problems of this vulnerable group of the students in the senior secondary vocational schools, has a very important realistic significance for the all-round development of the vocational students, the promotion of the construction of the socialism, and the most important, the building of a Chinese-feature harmonious socialist society.Being led by the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Important Thought of Three Represents, and apprehensively using some related theories of the technical and vocational education and also some related theories of sociology, ideological and political education, and psychology, this paper has a deep investigation on the problems of the vulnerable group of the students in the senior secondary vocational schools. The paper makes it clear about the basic definition of the vulnerable group of the students in the senior secondary vocational schools, and reveals the implied meaning of this definition. What's more, this paper also tries to realize the mentality and expectation of employment of these students, and master the change of mentality in time, and as a result, by using the method of intergrading theory with practice, the paper also tries to dialysis the underlying social reasons and their own sake of the existence of this group, and then based on this, the paper gives some related strategies, suggestions and adopts some measures and some feasible and practical ways to improve their inferior status, and help them healthily and well developed. And last but not the least, basing on the reality of the students in senior secondary vocational schools having difficulties in getting jobs, the paper also goes to the source and suits the remedy to the case, and then provides a referential and practical thought to the scientific, feasible and creative model of the employing work of the senior secondary vocational schools.
