The Problems And Solutions Of The College Vulnerable Groups Students

With the development of higher education, the group structure of college students isincreasingly diverse. The group structure and the structure of social groups become closer.However, the problems of vulnerable groups of college students also will highlight, inparticular,“the Criminal Case of Ma Jiajue”, the vulnerable groups in colleges draw moreattention. In recent years, the growing trend of vulnerable college students groups has becomeone of the most important risk factors that affect college teaching effectiveness and normaldevelopment.The Undergraduate is an important group of society and also the main force of Well-offsociety construction. Their survival state and healthy growth makes a vital significance inimproving the overall quality of the talents cultivation in our country and the Well-off societyconstruction. This requires our thorough understanding of vulnerable college students incolleges, adopting a scientific attitude towards the ideological and political education. Takinga comprehensive and objective analysis of the problems and shortcomings of ideological andpolitical education in college current work, in order to find a more reasonable and practicalsolution. Recently, not only the relevant literature research is in deficit, the problems’ analysisneed to explore in-depth and comprehensively, but also the proposed countermeasures arelack of systematicness, feasibility and effectiveness. Through the abundance analysis of thedocument and in-depth and comprehensively research in the reasons of formation ofvulnerable college students and the existing problem, let this paper make a contribution tosolve the problem.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part comparatively analyses the concept ofsocially vulnerable groups of multiple literature, puts forward the concept of vulnerablecollege students accorded with the purpose of this inquiry. And to solve the problem from thepurpose of the paper, the university vulnerable groups are divided into five different typesaccording to the performance and the reasons for the formation of the vulnerable collegestudents, they are economy vulnerable college students, psychological vulnerable collegestudents, physiological vulnerable college students, comprehensive ability vulnerable collegestudents and employment disadvantaged college students.The second part, through the analysis of the ideological status and problems of educationin vulnerable college students, reveals the causes of dealing with the issue of ideological education work in vulnerable college students, finds the crux of the problem, so as to makereality the basis for the corresponding solutions. According to the classification of vulnerablecollege students, it analyses the existed questions objectively and comprehensively anddescribes the problems of vulnerable college students’ life in school from different angles，such as economic problems, psychological problems and so on.The third part, in allusion to problems of education in vulnerable college students，comprehensively explores the reasons which lead to the existence of college vulnerablegroups from four aspects, social factors, school factors, family factors and individual factors,focus on the social factors and student individual factors, carefully explore the related causes,all mentioned above provides theoretical support for the final solutions.The fourth part serves” People first, respect for students” as the guiding ideology of thisarticle. After analyzing its causes and existing problem of vulnerable groups, combiningtheory and practice, analyzing from all aspects, a highly workable solution has been proposedscientifically. The program adheres to people-oriented, focusing on the respect for individualstudents, trying to resolve the problems of vulnerable college students through society,university, student families and individuals.
