Study On Motivation Mechanism Of University Teachers In Our Country

Since the implementation of reform and open policy, with the increased demand for senior professionals of the state and our society, as an important way of senior personnel training, higher education has gradually gained more attention its development has gained more support and help from the parties. There is a close relationship between the development of higher education and the university faculty construction and optimization. University faculty construction and optimization is an important aspect of the construction of university resources, and a good job in human resources development and management of the College Personnel System is important for teachers'structure optimization and the improvement of the quality of education.In order to better play the potential of university teachers and to improve the contribution of personnel strength, all these years, some scholars at home and abroad start relevant research about University Teachers Encourage from different angles. This paper integrated the use of possession of higher education, management and psychology and other fields of knowledge, especially combined with the related college work and study experience of the author to reflect on and explore the university teacher incentive mechanism in China. This article first briefly reviews the significance of the written ideas and writing, etc.And focuses on several major domestic and foreign incentive theories; followed by analysis on the psychological characteristics and management characteristics of university teachers in China. Finally, combined with the incentive motivation theory and our specific characteristics of college teachers to explain common problems of the current college teachers' incentive mechanism in China and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
