The writer resign the questionnaire of motivating teachers in college and university, establish the mathematical model of motivation power about motivation of teachers in college and university, then, the writer analyses the actuality, problems and reasons of motivation mechanism about Zhou Kou normal university on base of questionnaire.finally,bring forward relevant advances and countermeasures.
