We study the bank employees from psychology point of view investigating the relation of positive/negative affect,work family relationship and job performance. In this article, we used methods of questionnaires to research bank employee. We released 400 pieces of sheets.332 sheets were valid. The valid rate was 83%. The tools of investigating are PANAS Scale, Work Family Conflict Scale, Work Family Enrichment Scale and Performance Evaluation Scale.By the bank employee's positive/negative affect, work family relation and job performance, the thesis concludes these result:First, bank employee perceived the higher degree of work family enrichment and job performance,both is more than middle level. The degree of bank employees experienced work family conflict is not high. The degree of bank employees experienced positive/negative affect is not high. The degree of positive affect is a bit higher than negative affect.Second, the bank employees' perceived positive/negative affect have a significant difference in marriage status, education, position. The employees' experienced work family conflict have a significant difference in sex, age, education, position and couple job status. The bank employees' experienced work family enrichment have a significant difference in marriage status and couple job status.The employees' job performance have a significant difference in age, marriage status education, position and couple job status.Third, there was a significant positive correlation between negative affect and work family conflict in bank employees. The stronger the negative affect was, the higher the work family conflict. There was a significant positive correlation between positive affect and work family enrichment in bank employees. The stronger the positive affect was, the higher the work family enrichment. There was a significant negative correlation between negative affect and job performance in bank employees. The higher the negative affect was, the lower the job performance. There was a significant negative correlation between family-work and job performance in bank employees. There was a significant positive correlation between work family enrichment and job performance in bank employees. The higher work family enrichment the was, the higher the job performance.Fourth, positive/negative affect imposed a mediation effect between work family enrichment and job performance. Negative impaired the positive effect brought by work family enrichment, and the degree of job performance. Positive affect strengthen positive effect brought by work family enrichment, and the degree of job performance.
