Understanding of community sports resource situation, for the improvement of community sports resources in Jinan's construction, improve the rational use of resources in community sports, to promote community sports health and sustainable development will have some reference value, and play a positive role in promoting the further enhance of Community Sports' development.As followed are the conclusions of the study:1 Human resource of community sports of Jinan have some problems, such as: sex ratio imbalance, low education, part-time, single guide exercise, low utilization and guidance is not strong. Should make full use of existing human resources in community sports and rational development of potential sports coaches to expand the guidance of the team, meet the urgent needs of human resources.2 Jinan have variety sports venues resources, but there are uneven distribution, less standard sports venues, sports occupied, at same time the school of Jinan have low opening. For exercise community residents are mainly concentrated in areas parks, squares and other public places. Therefore, it should make an inventory, integration of existing sports facilities resources, increase public sports facilities open to the community and further strengthen the construction of public sports facilities. 3 Funding resource of community sports of Jinan have single source, combined with people's idea of sports consumption is lagging behind, resulting in the current serious shortage of sports funding. Therefore, the Jinan Municipal Government should open up the financing channels to raise funds, increase funding investment efforts for community sports infrastructure.4 Jinan has some sports information resources, but these resources are still relatively weak. It should be strengthen the construction for community residents concerned about, such as: ways, content and so on. Integrate existing community, college sports information resources, increase Sports Information dissemination efforts for the community to provide more and more rich sports information.5 The current form of sports organizations in Jinan in accordance with the macro "two levels of government, three levels of management, four network " model of urban management, and has a number of sports associations. But community and associations organize single form activities and less frequently, the main form of residents participate in physical exercise is self-organization. Jinan should further strengthen the management of sports organizations to build new sports management, and promote community sports to the social, industrial direction.6 Jinan Municipal Government based on national laws and regulations promulgated by the community sports to develop a series of supporting implementation of the document. But these regulations and file has not been very good implementation, the current residents of Jinan little known about these laws and regulations.
