Development and utilization of curriculum resources becomes curriculum reform of basic education in China faces a serious issue. This paper attempts to analyze the status quo, find the profound influence factors of sport and health curriculum resource development and utilization, to promoting the development and utilization of sport and health curriculum resource. This article take the Jinan High school as the object of study, using document searching method, questionnaire method , statistics method, logical analysis and interviews and other research methods, investigate and analyze the status quo of development and utilization of curriculum resources.
