Investigation And Analysis Of Sports School Tennis Coaches In Different Cities Of Henan

With the development of the society, people's life has been improved greatly. Tennis is popular to the ordinary people because of its health, fashion and elegance. The tennis level of Henan has also been improved, but the athletic ability still need to be strengthened. In the 11th National Games, the tennis team of Henan just won the 5th and 6th in women's doubles and the women's group game. As a province with such a large population, this result is far to be satisfied. The athletes'capability is greatly related to the coaches. Therefore, the tennis coaches'quality has a big impact on Henan's tennis level. This paper, using literature material method, questionnaire, statistics and other research methods, investigates the tennis coaches'current situation of Henan, analyzes its problem, and proposes ideas and strategies to promote the level of tennis coaches. It is also helpful to the training of young learners. Through the survey we found some problems as follows:(1) The majority of tennis coaches in the sports school of Henan are male; the age structure is becoming younger gradually.(2) The number of tennis coaches that attend regular training is not very optimistic.(3) The tennis coaches are not so positive to devote themselves on the research, they own little enthusiasm to learn something.(4) The tennis coaches of Henan sports schools mainly attend the short-time training programs, which lack continuity; even so many coaches of them can't perform very well in the annual training.(5)The output of system training method, comprehensive training method and psychological training method has not reach the expected aim; many relative coaches hardly summarize the effect of training. (6)Both the coaches and the athletes take part in few games, as a result, they can't gain enough experience in a short time.(7) The athletes are not so satisfied with the coaches'work as a result of the little communication with them.There are many factors that restrict the training level:(1) the leader's little attention on tennis. (2)the deficiency of funds.(3) the insufficiency of the training field. (4)the coaches'low payment .(5)the coaches'low research ability.
