The Study About The Practice And Model Of Socical Work Practical Education

The study is a case study of Z university'sGraduate Student project team .It aims to summarize a set of model on social work practical education through in-depth understanding of their social work practical education, including what they have done, how they have processed and what methods they have used, what effectiveness they made and why.At the same time, the research will talk about the difficulties and future development trends.The study finds that:(1) in the process, social work practice knowledge, skills and values are an important part of education;(2) the education of knowledge, skills and values achieve through community service, experience sharing, group discussion and professional training;(3)And in the process ,the key elements include: (a) With the guidence of educational idea-student-oriented, the content and teaching methods are determined by the students; (b) Educational methods include:pratical educaiton and teaching resource are community-oriented; team members to achieve maximum growth through collaborative learning and experiential learning.At the same time, the research also systematically discusses the difficulties and problems in the social work practicical education process.Finally, the researcher summarizes the set of model on social work practical education that faces to community, orients to the students and uses the cooperative learning and experiential learning between the teacher and student team. On that basis, the reseach analyses promotion conditions.
