Since China's reform and opening up,with the acceleration of urbanization,the rural population has continued to flock to cities,bringing with it a large number of rural and urban migrants.These migrants have settled in cities,and the household registration policy and their economic status have difficulty supporting them in cities.Fully rooted,leading their next generation to become a new floating population to become migrant children.Under the current imperfect system,they are facing a severe living environment,but also brought a series of social problems.Under this background,the construction of social work talents in our country lags behind.Especially the studies on the social work of the migrant children concerned are seriously inadequate.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the research and practice of social work intervention in the floating children group.With the content of life education as the core,the text carries out social work interventions for migrant children of K institutions from the perspectives of “people and self” and “people and person” in life education,and integrates experiential learning into the life education of floating children.In the group work,the self-cognition and interpersonal relationship of the migrant children were promoted,and the group evaluation showed that the social work involved in the floating children's life education had a good effect.At the same time,it is concluded that the method of group work involved in floating children's life education has better applicability,reproducibility and promotion,and experiential learning and life education have good adaptability and fit,breaking the familiar scene to carry out group activities can be To achieve better results,artificially creating a unique sense of group rituals in the group norm can enhance the group's dynamics and other experiences,and reflect on practical research that a certain degree of social work activities are more important than results,experiential learning In the group work,special emphasis should be placed on sharing and reflection.The group design of experiential learning should be participatory,subjective,contextual,and interesting.Children's life education,families,schools,and communities should all be absent.
